Twins' Similarities Finally Explained; Both Pisces

Jim and Theo Carbonara are 42 year-old twins who have always felt a bit… similar.
Their similarities have led their mother, Elaine Carbonara, to become suspicious:
"Yes, they’re twins, but something else is going on here. They’re too similar."
The Carbonara family was plagued by this suspicion for many years and decided to have the twins see a medical professional. The doctor ran an assessment on the twins and found the similarities ran deep:
"They both have gentle, kind souls. They both love to swim and drink water. And, if that’s not strange enough, they both listen to music and enjoy that activity to a similar degree. I was completely lost on what the prognosis could be, and then it just hit me."
The doctor who ran the assessment, Dr. Boner (pronounced BO-NER), realized that the twins shared a birthday, meaning they also shared a Zodiac sign. Eureka!
The doctor rushed to the phone to give Mrs. Carbonara a call and share the good news: "Ma’am, they’re both Pisces."
