Ornament From Parent’s Trip Relegated to Back of Tree
Front of the tree is prime real estate.
The Christmas season is in full swing and Christmas trees are dressed to the nines with ornaments of all shapes, sizes, and colors.
It’s a beautiful season, however, one local woman is making waves when she placed a certain ornament on the back of her Christmas tree: a Bahamas ornament from her parent’s summer vacation.
The situation came to a head when the woman’s parents visited for her apartment for dinner and asked, "Hey, where’s the ornament we gave you?"
The woman quietly responded, "Back of tree."
Despite the tension, she’s not wrong! In fact, many surveys and studies show that the front of the Christmas tree is "prime real estate," and should be reserved for only the best and most nostalgic ornaments.
