EXCLUSIVE: "The Golden Bachelor" Reveals He's Aiming For "Bachelor in Paradise" Appearance
Old man Gerry opens up about his real motives.
On Monday morning ABC announced old man, Gerry Turner, as the first ever "Golden Bachelor."
Turner will step into the role of bachelor as numerous women aged 65 and older will compete for his veiny hand in marriage. At the end of his journey, Turner will hopefully find himself beside a nice lady his age as they walk into the sunset. At least that's ABC's vision; Turner might want something different.
Our ASS News team was able to score an interview with the old man himself, and uncovered some of Turner's unseemly motives.
--------
ASS News:
Hey, you old piece of shit. Want a hard candy? [laughter]
Gerry Turner:
I actually would! [laughter]
ASS News:
You're too much-
Gerry Turner:
Although I've recently had more of an appetite for Jolly Ranchers over Werther's Original, if you catch my drift.
ASS News:
Oh? But you're about to enter a show - an environment - with strictly older women. Are you suggesting you currently don't have "an appetite" for older women?
Gerry Turner:
Let's be real: I'm 71 years old and I'm currently going through a midlife crisis. I like my food mushy, my cars fast, and my women to be able to stay awake in the fantasy suite. I'm going to parlay my appearance on "The Golden Bachelor" into a "Bachelor in Paradise" stint. That's when the real fun starts.
ASS News:
You dirty dog, Gerry.
Gerry Turner:
[laughter] [coughing] [choking] [vomiting] HOLY SHIT! I ALMOST DIED! THAT SUCKED!
