Cinderella Story: Dodgers, Yankees To Meet In World Series

We love to see an underdog with heart come out on top.

Well, now we can add the 2024 MLB World Series to the list of great underdog stories as the Series will see the scrappy Los Angeles Dodgers go up against the longshot New York Yankees.

The two teams own some of the highest payrolls in the MLB, but don’t tell that to their fans - they simply don’t want to hear it.

The teams boast an array of All-Stars and MVPs, but what’s most important is that they’ve got heart - a special quality all winning teams seem to have.
