You think you can date my daughter? Good luck, pal.

First off, you have to be one special guy to date my daughter. She’s my whole world!

Second, you have to fight and overpower 5 of my finest friends who have mid to elite-tier combat skills.

Think that sounds easy? Yeah, right. Wait til you see these guys.

FRIENDS! ASSEMBLE!

1) Ross Chunt

Bio:
Family friend who once said he’d kill for my children, and I believe him!

Special Skill - Passion:
Ross specializes in hand to hand combat, but what’s really going to give you trouble is the love he has for his friends and their families. Ever spar a man who’s a lover and a fighter? You’re about to.

2) J.C. Penny

Bio:
Friend who has no relation to the famous department store, but refuses to go by his full name (John Calvin) because he’s a staunch atheist.

Special Skill - Stamina & Worldview:
J.C. Penny goes to gym three times per week, giving him the strength and conditioning to go multiple rounds. Plus, his worldview leads him to believe there’s no afterlife so he fights like a man who has everything to lose.

3) Sensei Gutierrez

Bio:
My karate master who taught me everything I know about discipline, honor, and kicking ass.

Special Skill - Psychology:
Sensei Gutierrez is a skilled fighter and spends his weekends honing his psychological prowess by watching YouTube videos of hostage negotiator tactics from the Iraq war. When you’re fighting Sensei Gutierrez, you’re not just fighting with your body, but also with your mind.

4) Stephen Von Michaels

Bio:
Stephen Von Michaels did ROTC in college but unfortunately had to drop out due to chronic shin splints and general fatigue.

Special Skill - Heart of a Warrior:
Five weeks of ROTC is all Von Michaels needed to get the heart of a warrior. If you’ve never fought a military man, get ready because Von Michaels is pretty close to that.

5) Dr. Colorado

Bio:
Dr. Colorado is the last male OB/GYN in his city. He’s also a pillar of his community and helps run the TNT Fireworks stand for his nephew’s high school choir.

Special Skill - Krav Maga & Community:
Between customers at the TNT Fireworks stand, Dr. Colorado goes behind the stand and practices Krav Maga techniques. Despite practicing in the back, Dr. Colorado never misses issuing a warm welcome when a customer arrives.

And IF you beat all my friends, guess what?

Surprise: I’m Final Boss!

6) Final Boss

Bio:
"May God have mercy on my enemies, because I won’t" is a phrase I’ve wanted to get tattooed on me, but just haven’t found the time yet, however, it perfectly describes my ethos.

The Scene:
I’ll paint you a picture of how it’ll go so you at least have a chance to prepare.

When you arrive at my house to pick up my daughter for a date, you’ll find me sitting on the front porch, holding a gun I’ve never shot before.

That’s when it’ll happen: I’ll shoot you a stern look and say, “Have her home by 9:00.”

If you don’t bring her home by 9:00, guess what? You. Me. A conversation over an Olive Garden dinner where I tell you “I don’t put up with stuff like that.”

Sweating yet? I’ll bet.

I’m paying for the dinner by the way, because I’ll be damned if anyone beats me to the bill.

After dinner, we talk by our cars for the amount of time it takes me to say, "Look, I think you’re a good kid. I hope you understand I’m just a Papa looking out for his own. Don’t take my tongue lashing too personally."

I then get in my raised truck and leave the parking lot before you know what hit you.

The Lesson:
If you want to date my daughter, it’s only right that you have to face the man who raised her.

And that man’s friends. You have to face them too.

Get ready.

Out of respect for those lost on September 11, 2001, President Trump has ordered the Twin Towers tribute lights be lowered to half mast.

“No one has ever thought to do it, but I said, ‘Why not Trump?’ And so we did it; we lower the lights to half mast, and maybe, out of respect, we go even lower.”

The Twin TowersTribute in Light is a commemorative art installation that remains lit each September 11th from dusk to dawn.

It’s a memorial that’s honored fallen New Yorkers for the past decade and a half, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be improved upon, according to the president:

“Maybe when the Knicks, win another championship, we make the lights that come out of the Twin Tower holes orange and blue. Wouldn’t that be nice? Maybe Trump can make that happen.”

The president then launched into a countdown from ten, where he was under the impression the Twin TowersTribute in Light would turn on at the end.

They did not so the president left spectators with a poignant reminder to “Always Remember, or, as some put it, Never Forget.”

Hey! Good to see you!

Come on in, how have you been?

How’s the fam- ope, just watch out for the dog.

Darcy!

Careful, she’ll try to get by ya.

No, it’s fine, just hang tight. We’ll be right back.

BABE! Dog’s out!
I’ll get the bike and leash!
Bring the treats!

I’m sorry.

This’ll take no more than like 5 minutes.

Please, make yourself at home.

I just bought Milkbones! There’s no way we’re out!
Did you check the cupboard above the Ninja SLUSHi?
Not the CREAMi, the SLUSHi.
Well… that’s where we keep the Milkbones.

Can you tell we’ve been married for 14 years?

Yup, 15 years this Q4.

I love the woman, but you’d think Milkbones were Unobtanium.

Unobtanium? From Avatar?

Oh shit, watchout! Our second dog-

Morgan, get back!
MORGAN!

If you could just put your leg in front of her-

Watch your knees-

MORGAN, HEEL! HEEL!
Son of a-
BABE! Morgan’s out!

No, it’s not your fault.

You just have to know how to block them.

It’s an off-leash neighborhood. We’re okay.

BABE! I’m just gonna grab the bike and go!

Please, go in.

There are appetizers on the table; Banana Ball on TV.

Make yourself at home-

Watchout! Our third dog!

EVANGELINE!

The Los Angeles Clippers received the harshest punishment in NBA history on Wednesday as they were found guilty of circumventing the salary cap. The punishment comes with multiple fines, suspensions of front office members, and forfeited draft picks in 2029, 2030, 2031, 2032, and 2033.

Owning zero of their own first round draft picks until 2034, the LA Clippers scouting department has started to shift their attention from nationally ranked college prospects to ‘10 and Under’ aged stars at local AAU tournaments.

“They’re a talented bunch,” said one Clippers scout, watching a team from Cerritos called the West Coast Ballerz. “A lot of players have impressed us today, but the kid with the blue Gatorade mouth is definitely one to watch.”

The blue Gatorade mouth kid wasn’t the only standout the Clippers saw that day. Below is a compiled list of their top ‘10 and Under’ prospects, and quite possibly, the next face of the Clippers franchise:

Unfortunately for the Clippers, their front office “forgot” to get permission from the NBA to attend the AAU tournament for scouting purposes, and will be punished in the form of forfeiting another two first-round draft picks.

The LA team will now have to set their sights on the draft class of 2036, where they believe there is still promising talent and players with franchise altering potential.

A person’s wedding day should be one of the best days of their life. For Kyle Bell, it almost was until his happiness was briefly derailed by a crushing thought: Skip, the Jack Russel Terrier from the film My Dog Skip, getting hit by the Frankie Muniz character.

The scene from the 2000 film unfortunately crept into Bell’s mind as he stood before his lovely bride at the altar, forever tainting the sweet memory.

“I don’t know why I thought of the scene in that moment,” said Bell. “I think I’ve seen that movie twice in my life, maybe three times, but that scene just popped in my mind and, unfortunately, made me sad at my wedding.”

His wife maintains that their wedding day should still be the happiest day of his life even when accounting for the sad thought of Skip getting hit, but Bell isn’t so sure:

“It’s a sad movie, you know? I’ve seen it maybe five or six times, and having the unfortunate luck to think of this movie on my wedding day… it’s definitely gone from the happiest day of my life to one of the happiest days of my life and that’s something I have to live with.”

Unfortunately for Bell, the sad streak wouldn’t stop there. The newlywed reported that upon crawling into bed with his bride that night, he was briefly accosted by the thought of a scene from the film Zone of Interest.

Still, Bell says, he remembers the day as one of the happiest days of his life.

BREAKING - After over 450 years of Presbyterianism, it’s all full.

Per our sources, the Presbyterian denomination is quickly running out of space and will reach capacity shortly. That being the case, today has been deemed the last day to join the religious group.

“It’s been a good run,” said the Director of the Presbyterian Church, “but we are all out of space, so we’re shutting it down.”

When asked if people might be able to become Presbyterians at some point in the future, the Director cast doubt, saying, “This is not a Disney Vault situation. We’re closed for good. We’re simply full.”

The news has caused quite a stir, upsetting masses across the world. One man from Luxembourg, Germany expressed what many are feeling, saying, “I’m not sure I ever wanted to be Presbyterian, but now that the clock is ticking, I am considering.”

One day remains to become Presbyterian, so act accordingly.

After a six week trial at the Westlake Little League, a new report suggests that hitting is, in fact, not contagious.

The shocking study refutes a long held belief among the baseball community and instead offers up a different theory: your son sucks at pitching.

"We began by asking ourselves what conditions must be met to make hitting contagious," says Matthew Banks, a lead researcher at the Institute for Expensive Studies. "And the only condition we found to be a catalyst for offense was that the child on the pitcher’s mound was throwing - and I believe the technical term is - hot garbage."

The report has been met with some opposition, specifically by the parents of said children who claim the methodology was subpar and that it didn’t account for “heart.”

Lead researcher Matthew Banks maintained the study’s methodology was sound, saying, "We looked at environmental conditions, we looked at team chemistry, we looked at pre-game routines; none of it correlated to hitting. Some of these kid pitchers are simply abysmal and they’re rightfully getting shelled.”

After the success of the “MLB at Field of Dreams” game, which saw MLB teams face off at the iconic, cornfield ballpark from the 1989 film Field of Dreams, the MLB has announced that next season they will play a game at another famous ballpark from the silver screen.

Beginning in the 2027 season, two teams yet to be named will play a game at a re-created version of the Oakland Coliseum stadium from the 2011 film Moneyball for the MLB’s first annual “MLB at Moneyball” game.

While the original Oakland Coliseum depicted in the film is set to be demolished soon, MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred has revealed that a $500 million dollar initiative to re-create the ballpark is now underway.

“It’s a really nostalgic park, and especially to the fans who were kids when the film came out. We want to do right by them and really bring to life the Oakland Coliseum from the film,” said Commissioner Manfred.

Construction on the re-created Coliseum is set to begin next month and will be stationed in San Francisco.

When a local friend group gathered to watch the game of the week, no one was prepared for the level of unease that would be inflicted upon them by a cameraman 2,000 miles away.

Early in the game, in between plays, the broadcast cut to a young woman in the crowd. While crowd shots of fans typically last anywhere between 3 and 5 seconds, this one was different: the shot stayed on the woman for 23 uninterrupted seconds.

The friends in the room initially gave no mind to the leering eye of the camera, but as each second passed by, it became unavoidable.

“We were all having fun watching the game,” said one member of the friend group, “and then the cameraman sort of made us all complicit in his deviousness; his perversion.”

After the first 10 seconds of the unbroken shot of the woman, the color commentator piped in with a, "Nice to see a fan…"; an otherwise neutral comment that felt more and more sinister as the shot held on the woman.

When the broadcast finally returned to showing the game, the friends at the watch party were relieved; freed from the burden of the crude eye of the cameraman. However, the seasoned sports watchers within the group felt more of a melancholic blasé for they knew that while this was over for the moment, another time would come. This was a sports broadcast after all.

One area man is rushing to the president’s defense as the Commander in Chief points a gun directly at your face.

“He’s obviously joking,” says the man, mocking you for flinching.

“You actually think he’s going to shoot you?!” the man asks as the president continues to sarcastically mutter “I might.”

The president has been teasing shooting you in the face for years.

At rallies he would go on long rants about “maybe I should do it,” followed by laughs and cheers from the crowd.

When he would call into news shows, he would say “you know, I’m really thinking about doing it,” striking a more serious tone.

On Capitol Hill, he would pressure members of Congress to pass the “Shoot That Guy In The Face” bill.

All of this leads you to think maybe this man just might want to shoot you in the face, but time and time again you’re reassured it’s just a joke.

“You don’t really think he’d shoot you in the face, do you?” asks the man. “The gun’s not even loaded!” he guesses.

A second man approaches and starts up a dialogue about whether the president should, in fact, be allowed to point a gun at your face. “He’s the president after all,” he says. “If it’s the will of the people, he should be able to do it,” posits the second man; the first man nodding in agreement.

You feel crazy hearing this debate play out and decide to ask the two men a question: “If any other person, much less a president, were to point a gun in my face… wouldn’t that be a crime and grounds for legal consequence? And please be reasonable here; there’s a gun in my face.”

They think about it.

Before the men can come to a consensus, the president breaks the silence. “You sound like you suffer from TDS,” he says. The two men burst out laughing.

“You have to hand it to him,” says the first man. “He is funny.”

EXCLUSIVE - In an internal memo distributed this morning, Taylor Farms has informed employees they are banning congratulatory ass slaps.

An anonymous insider tells us that ass slaps are a part of company culture at Taylor Farms and a customary gesture to show support and appreciation. According to this recent memo, however, that piece of company culture will soon be lost to history.

The memo from CEO Bruce Taylor says that while the company “maintains that Taylor Farms is not the source of the cyclospora outbreak, it’s probably best [they] move to a more hygienic congratulatory gesture.”

The CEO then calls for all employees to stop administering congratulatory ass slaps, and instead consider giving a co-worker “a handshake or a cash tip” to show your support.

The memo can be read in full below:

Employees of Taylor Farms have mixed reactions, and understandably so; this is their company culture.

In response to the memo, some employees gave their comment under the guise of anonymity:

We should note that one employee provided a comment that said, “This is too woke even for me.” However, once we told the employee the comment was anonymous and therefore people wouldn’t be able to contextualize who “me” was, they told us to “just trash it.”

Taylor Farms maintains they are not the source of this cyclospora outbreak and continues to search for others to blame.

Well, all hope is not lost yet as a new format, comparable to IMAX 70mm, was just announced.

The new film format designed by Nolan is called Kurt-Vision, and it presents the film in the same, beautifully crafted 1:43:1 aspect ratio as the IMAX 70mm print, but with one distinct twist: an original, animated character named Kurt hangs out in the bottom-right corner of the screen for the duration of the film.

The original character was created by Nolan himself and seemingly tags along with Odysseus and crew throughout their journey, all from his fixed position in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Sporting his signature backpack and snacks for the trek, Kurt is ready to fight any battle and endure any tests thrown his way by the gods… as long as he’s not hungry.

Reactions began pouring in after an early preview showing of The Odyssey in Kurt-Vision:

So, fancy yourself a cinephile?

Not unless you’ve seen The Odyssey in Kurt-Vision. Get your tickets now.

The U.S. Senate is taking the lead in evolving remote work by implementing a new “work-from-deathbed” policy.

The fresh take on the ordinary work-from-home policy allows members of the U.S. Senate to work and hold office from their hospital beds so they can stay in power even as they’re running out of it.

The policy stipulates that while working from said deathbed, a sitting U.S. Senator “is not responsible for disclosing his or her state as it pertains to being alive.”

This specific clause in the policy is stirring up controversy as some members of Congress argue that constituents deserve to know whether or not their representatives are alive, while other members argue that the disclosure of such information complicates an already difficult work-life balance.

“It’s a slippery slope,” said one anonymous Senator from his hospital bed. “If you give them an inch, they’ll take a mile. Right now it’s ’Are you alive?’ but what will they want to know next? My lunch order? My home address? I mean, good grief.”

Since the controversial policy has gone into effect, some members of the Senate are working on broadening the rule even further to allow U.S. Senators to continue their work in the form of angels and demons, asking the question, “are spiritual beings not also technically alive?”

The Senate will make their decision upon their return from holiday.

Always the riddler, Taylor Swift has started to tease her new album by hiding clues in her wedding vows to Travis Kelce.

Littered with rhyme, Swift’s vows contain phrasing that may sound odd to a commoner, but to Swift’s fans who are familiar with her sphinx-like games, they will quickly realize she’s speaking to them in code.

One line from her vows stating “I love you so much and everyone will see that on November 13th,” could be alluding to the album’s release date, while another line saying, “With you, my heart will no longer ache, and this fall, I’ll do one more than Drake,” has Swifties speculating a quadruple (!) album drop.

While wedding guests were the first to parse through Swift’s hints and clues, the newlywed is expected to post her written vows on her social media in the coming days. Only then can fans really dig in and get their arms around the secret code that is capitalized letters.

Until then, Swifties will be happy to hear the couple has found another fun way to include fans in their special day. Those who have signed up to receive updates via Taylor Swift’s website can expect to receive an email invite to participate in an exclusive, virtual Money Dance where they can celebrate the happy couple by sending money via credit card, Apple Pay or Klarna.

You’ve heard of skin-to-skin, but on this Fourth of July, it’s all about needle-to-skin.

To commemorate America’s 250th birthday, hospitals around the country will issue commemorative “America 250™” tattoos to babies born on the Fourth of July.

Although these babies will not be able to comprehend the cosmic blessing of being born on such a patriotic day, they will forever have the limited-edition ink to remind them.

While some parents are concerned about the health risks associated with tattooing their newborn, HHS Secretary RFK Jr. says there may be health benefits to tattooing your baby:“The needles used on these babies will be properly sterilized with a special solution containing peptides such as BPC-157 and ipamorelin among others. So, not only is this tattoo a great commemorative gift, but I would argue it’s important your baby gets this tattoo if not for the peptides alone.”

The tattoo will only be issued to babies born between 12:00AM and 11:59PM on July 4, 2026 and due to a legal trademark filed by the America 250 organization, must include the ™ symbol.

When area straight-man Wiley Jennings thought about how he wanted to spend his Pride Month, he concocted an idea only a true ally could think up: he would do conversion therapy the other way, going from straight to gay.

Jennings spent the better part of the month as a gay man, but with Pride Month coming to a close, he decided to return to his life with his wife and kids. Now, he’s opening up for the first time and talking to ASS News about his experience.

Welcome back, Wiley! How was your Pride Month?

“It was fantastic! I was gay! It was a busy time; there was lots to do and see, but it was fun.”

And when did you get back?

“I converted back to straight on Sunday night around 9:00. Just in time for Tracker on CBS.”

What was your trip like going there? To gay.

“The conversion from straight to gay was eerily similar to that scene in Space Jam where Michael Jordan gets sucked into the golf hole except, instead of ending up in Tune World, I was dropped into a Barry’s.”

How was your time as gay? What did you do?

“Well first of all, credit to my place of work for granting me the full three weeks of PTO I requested. It allowed me to fully immerse myself as gay.

During my time, I did so many things I’ve never done as a straight man such as consecutive hours of watching music videos and sex with a man.”

Oh wow, how was the sex?

“Well, as I sit here now, talking to you, I am straight. So I can’t say I rate it too high.

However, when I was in that moment, I was a gay man and it was fucking euphoric.

But, now that I’m straight again? It was whatever. I could take it or leave it, but probably leaning towards leaving it.”

And did you happen to fall for anyone?

“I… I-“

OooOOOooo, you’re blushing!!

“Look, life as a gay man isn’t all about sex, and you’re reinforcing a negative stereotype by asking me about sex first-”

Tell me! Tell me! Was it a crush or love?!

“I don’t know if I would call it love but the feelings I had for that man were intense.

Again, as I sit here as a straight man, I feel strictly platonic feelings for that man and I wish him well.

However, when I was gay, he was everything. He was the Earth and I was the Moon; revolving around his very being. He was the air that sustained my lungs; the life that filled my soul.

But, now that I’m straight again, I love my wife.”

Well, Wiley, I’m glad you had a good Pride Month and welcome back to being straight.

“Thank you and I look forward to my trip next year.”

Move over Epstein files! There’s a new political scandal in town!

The husband of recently fired Homeland Security secretary Kristi Noem was outed (?) as taking part in something called "bimbofication," where he would dress up as a busty woman and message other busty woman things like, "How are your boobs… would you go bigger?"

Kristi Noem said she was "devastated" and "asks for privacy and prayers" during this time.

Devastated? Prayers?!

What are people gonna to do, pray the J’s away? This guy’s gotta a fetish where all he wants to do is wear big, fake boobies and we’re acting like he’s a murderer?

Grow up.

And before you defend him and say "all men are dogs," please remember that’ll only want to make Noem take him to a farm upstate. Our rhetoric matters on this one.

Question: Does Trump think he’s going to hell?

This week is both Holy Week and Spring Break, so young people flocking to Mexico for two very different reasons.

The week is all about partying and praying, and if there’s one individual who seemingly lives right in the middle of that Venn diagram, it’s President Donald J. Trump.

But while President Trump has always been a known playboy and socialite, his religious side is relatively new.

When he came out as religious pre-2016 election, he routinely threw out lines that didn’t pass the smell test:

• “People are so shocked when they find… out I am Protestant.“ (July 2015)

• “I am not sure I have [ever asked God for forgiveness].“ (July 2015)

• “When I drink my little wine and have my little cracker…” (July 2015)

• “Two Corinthians 3:17, that’s the whole ballgame.“ (January 2016)

It was like the scene in Inglorious Bastards where the spy accidentally holds up three fingers the British way instead of the German way, blowing his cover.

But who are we to judge someone’s faith? Those statements alone are not at all indicative of whether someone is going to hell. That’s ridiculous… but then a few months before the election, Trump said this:

• “I figure [the Presidency] is probably, maybe the only way I’m going to get to heaven." (August 2016)

Huh?? This is the part of his campaign where, if it were a job interview, the interviewer would ask, "Do you have any questions for us? Anything we should know about?" and he responded with, "If you don’t hire me, I might burn in hell."

Once he was elected in 2016, President Trump eased up on the salvation talk, but then once he almost got assassinated in 2024, he, a young, 78 year-old man, was forced to contemplate his own mortality and return to the age-old question: where do I go when I die?

That’s when he started firing off those heaven comments again:

• "I want to try and get to heaven, if possible. I’m hearing I’m not doing well. I am really at the bottom of the totem pole." (August 2025)

• "I don't think there's anything that's going to get me into heaven. I think I'm not maybe heaven-bound… I'm not sure I'm going to be able to make heaven, but I've made life a lot better for a lot of people." (October 2025)

• "I really think I probably should make it. I mean, I'm not a perfect candidate, but I did a hell of a lot of good for perfect people." (February 2026)

• "I hope to make it, but I doubt I will, to be honest with you. A lot of you will. I’m not so sure." (February 2026)

However, after all of this, it should be noted that President Trump claims he’s just joking. Unfortunately, for him, his Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt seems to disagree, saying:

"I think the president [is] serious. I think the president wants to get to heaven."

So, what’s going on here? Does President Trump have any doubts about getting into heaven, or is he just joking?

Answer: Trump is confused and unsure of his eternal resting place.

I think President Trump has surrounded himself with outspoken religious people who each have at least one extreme religious belief, and he’s now theologically confused himself.

He thinks if he ends enough wars, that could get him into heaven… that’s Pete Hegseth influence.

He thinks if he does enough good for others, that could get him into heaven… that’s some atheist/Catholic hybrid theology. JD Vance.

So I think he’s just confused honestly. Which has no effect on where he ends up for all of eternity, but it is pretty funny. He surrounded himself with religious fanatics and now seems paranoid by the ideas they brought him.

Play pious games, get pious prizes.

A local man experiencing one of the best days of his life stepped on a proverbial rake when he accidentally described watching his daughter be born as “Lynchian.”

Shortly after the birth of his healthy baby daughter, the man’s father-in-law put a camera in his face and asked, “So, dad, how was it?”

Having never seen a David Lynch film in his life, the new dad inexplicably and regrettably answered, “Lynchian?”

How the term “Lynchian” came into the man’s head, he was unsure. He wasn’t much of a cinephile, but apparently spends enough time on that corner of the internet to know the term.

When his wife asked what he meant by it, the man tried to course correct and mumbled some combination of “It was beautiful” and “sorry about that” before circling back to another film director reference: “It was more Hitchcockian than Lynchian… I was nervous.”

Remember this name: Jason Calhoun.

That’s the name of Bakersfield’s breakout adult rec league superstar. Calhoun has been playing in the Bakersfield Adult Recreational League (BARL) for 2 years now in the ‘30 & Over’ division. Although recently his play has shown league organizers he may be good enough to play with the big boys in the ‘40 & Over’ division; an accomplishment never before seen in BARL.

What was it exactly that caught the attention of the league organizers?

"I’ll say it was the arc of his pitch that caught my attention, but it was the gait of his run that convinced me to call him up to the ‘40 & Over’ division," said one league organizer. "Believe me when I say you’ve never seen a grown man run with his legs more close together. It’s the optimal gait. He’s able to fit more steps in a given time than anyone else."

As for Calhoun’s stats: 3 hits and 9 stolen bases over 10 games.

"Admittedly, his hitting numbers aren’t great, but once he gets on base… watchout."

EXCLUSIVE - A judge in the Tiger Woods DUI case has made it clear to Woods and his legal team that yelling "FORE!" just before flipping a car holds no legal bearing.

Woods pled not guilty to DUI charges, but claimed the reason is because he screamed "FORE!" before he lost control of the car. The golf icon even brought in a witness who claimed to "hear screams" preceding the noise of the car crash.

After the judge said the "fore" defense would not hold up in court, Woods’ lawyer presented a separate case as legal precedence: Air Bud v. Referee. "Does it say anywhere in the law that yelling ‘FORE’ does not absolve you of a DUI?" asked Woods’ lawyer.

The judge then explained Air Bud v. Referee is not a real legal case, and asked Woods and his team to leave the building.

The case is ongoing.
